## Help with an execution

Include the run ID or request ID, the endpoint, approximate time and a sanitised description of the problem. For account or billing questions, include the workspace reference when available. Never send API keys, passwords, full card details or sensitive tool inputs.

## Privacy and security

Use the same address for a privacy request or vulnerability report. For a security report, include a reproducible description and the affected public endpoint. Avoid accessing other customers’ data or starting paid provider actions to demonstrate an issue. See [security](/security) and [privacy](/privacy).
