Agentik is a service operated by BURIZA. Its original website material, software and branding are protected by the applicable intellectual-property rules. Provider names, logos and third-party outputs remain subject to their owners’ rights. A listing or link does not imply endorsement or give you a licence to use third-party material beyond its applicable terms.

Agentik provides access to third-party tools as described in its service terms. Published examples are not a guarantee of provider availability, output accuracy, commercial results or fitness for a regulated use.

## Notices, corrections and rights of reply

Contact info@agentik.cc or the registered office for a rights complaint, unlawful-content notice, correction or statutory right-of-reply request. Identify the exact page, tool or run reference, explain the grounds and include supporting information, a reply address and your authority if acting for someone else. Confirm accuracy to the best of your knowledge. Do not send secrets or unnecessary personal data.

We review sufficiently precise notices diligently and may request clarification, restrict affected material or correct a publication. You may request reconsideration with the notice reference. Statutory remedies and time limits remain unaffected. These procedures do not assert immunity for BURIZA’s own conduct or that every operation qualifies as hosting.

## Service and privacy documents

The Terms of Sale and Service describe prepaid balances, tool charges, refunds, permissions, acceptable use and disputes. The Privacy policy, data-processing page and service-provider register describe personal-data handling. These documents are accessible without an account. Legal notices alone are not proof of contractual acceptance.
