Series from the ECB Data Portal by dataflow and SDMX key: euro exchange rates ('EXR', 'M.USD.EUR.SP00.A'), key policy rates. Needs dataflow and key. Served by European Central Bank.

Series from the ECB Data Portal by dataflow and SDMX key: euro exchange rates ('EXR', 'M.USD.EUR.SP00.A'), key policy rates ('FM', 'B.U2.EUR.4F.KR.MRR_FR.LEV'), HICP ('ICP'), money and credit ('BSI', 'MIR'), government finance ('GFS'). '+' joins codes, an empty position means all. Returns SDMX-JSON with observations and dimension labels.

## Execute and retrieve

Inspect again before execution, explain the price and obtain the required authority. Use MCP run_tool or POST /v1/run with this tool ID, valid input and an idempotency key. Save the returned run ID and follow the actual state. If Agentik answers that the tool is temporarily unavailable, do not retry it blindly; use discovery to propose an alternative.
