# Jinko flight and hotel search

Jinko data through the Exa Agent: live round-trip flight fares for a route and dates, hotel rooms and rates for a destination or specific properties. Needs query. Served by Exa.

Jinko data through the Exa Agent: live round-trip flight fares for a route and dates, hotel rooms and rates for a destination or specific properties, and destination discovery across date windows, cabin classes and budgets. Known limits (verified 2026-09-04): one-way flight searches return no offers from Jinko, so always ask for a round trip; the fare comes back without airline, times or baggage when Jinko's detailed offer lookup is unavailable. Ask in natural language and, for structured output, pass output_schema naming the fields you want from Jinko. Examples: "Cheapest round-trip flights Paris to Tokyo, departing 2026-10-10 and returning 2026-10-24, economy, with airline, fare and baggage." "Hotels in Lisbon for 2026-11-03 to 2026-11-06 under 180 EUR per night, with rates." Price: metered Exa usage plus any attached data partner charges. An explicit spending limit is sent to Exa (default $1); only auto and ultra effort are supported so that the limit applies. Actual costDollars.total is billed. Asynchronous results are available through exa/agent-run-get.

## Published example

This is the provider tool’s published example. Replace example values with the user’s requested inputs, respecting the schema; do not execute an example merely to test a connection.

```json
{
  "tool_id": "exa/jinko",
  "input": {
    "query": "Cheapest round-trip economy fare Paris to Lisbon, departing 2027-03-10 and returning 2027-03-17, from Jinko, with the fare in EUR.",
    "effort": "auto",
    "max_cost_usd": 1
  }
}
```

## Execute and retrieve

Inspect again before execution, explain the price and obtain the required authority. Use MCP run_tool or POST /v1/run with this tool ID, valid input and an idempotency key. Save the returned run ID and follow the actual state. If Agentik answers that the tool is temporarily unavailable, do not retry it blindly; use discovery to propose an alternative.

This tool uses deferred settlement. Follow its returned task/run instructions; preserve the existing reservation until the result is reconciled.

A partial or uncertain result can still have consumed provider resources. Consult [billing](/docs/billing.md), [idempotency](/docs/idempotency.md) and [asynchronous results](/docs/async.md).
