Resolve a US latitude and longitude to its National Weather Service forecast office and grid (gridId, gridX, gridY, needed by nws/forecast), the nearest city and state, time zone, radar station, forecast and county zones, and the forecast URLs. Coordinates take at most 4 decimals. Returns 404 outside the United States.
