No. Agentik holds the connection to OpenFEC. Your agent calls it with your Agentik key, and each call is paid from your balance at OpenFEC's price.

### Is the data the same as the direct API?

Yes. Each tool is one OpenFEC endpoint with its real inputs. Agentik adds the price check, the balance and the receipt.
