Batch get play count and details for multiple videos (items), up to 20 per call. Needs item ids. Served by TikHub.

Purpose:
- Batch get play count and details for multiple videos (items), up to 20 per call
- Each item has stats (watch_cnt/like_cnt/comment_cnt/share_cnt/favorite_cnt/
  interact_rate/avg_watch_dura) and video details
- Note: watch_cnt is the total play count INCLUDING paid promotion (ad boost),
  with video details; for organic (non-promoted) play count, use Douyin App V3
  `/api/v1/douyin/app/v3/fetch_multi_video_statistics`
- Upstream bills as 20 regardless (fewer than 20 still counts as 20); fill 20 for best value
Parameters:
- item_ids: Video (item) ID list, up to 20 per call (exceeding returns an error); auto de-dup
- platform_source: Platform source, default 1
- need_cover_url: Whether to return cover URL, default true

- items: Matched video list, each with stats and video details (invalid/deleted IDs are dropped upstream)
