Terms of service
What you agree to when you create a workspace or connect an agent.
Last updated 19 September 2026.
1. The service and your account
Agentik connects your agents and applications to third-party tools through an API, MCP connection and prepaid workspace balance. The publisher identified in the legal notice operates the service. These terms apply when you create a workspace or use the service.
You are responsible for your account, workspace members, agents and API keys, and for having authority to act for your organisation. Keep credentials confidential and revoke a key if it is exposed. Your agents choose which tools to request.
2. Permissions and spending
New API keys do not have optional spending caps by default. You can configure supported hourly, daily, lifetime or per-tool limits and tool restrictions. Workspace permissions, available balance, rate limits and tool availability also apply.
Before a paid execution, Agentik reserves the quoted maximum from the workspace balance. An execution can remain pending while a provider finishes or its consumption is reconciled. The final customer charge cannot exceed that execution’s reservation.
3. Prices and payments
The catalog describes each tool’s pricing rule, units and maximum reservation. Charges are in US dollars. Agentik passes through the configured provider cost without a tool-price markup. When you buy credit, the platform fee is 5.5% of the credit amount, with a minimum fee of $0.80, added to the purchase. The minimum credit purchase is $5. Checkout displays the total and any applicable tax before you pay.
A call can consume billable provider resources even if its result is incomplete or a connection fails. Agentik settles from the evidence available for that tool and releases unused reservations. Uncertain executions remain reserved for reconciliation; an error does not by itself prove that no provider cost occurred.
Separate executions are charged separately, including repeated requests with the same inputs. Reusing an idempotency key for the same request replays the existing execution instead of starting another billable one. Follow the tool contract for asynchronous tasks and result retrieval.
Manual credit purchases use Stripe-hosted Checkout when enabled for the workspace. Test credits and simulated payments are not real money. Automatic recharge is not available for live payments at present. Your workspace shows the payment options actually available to you.
4. Acceptable use and third-party tools
Use Agentik and its providers lawfully and follow their applicable terms, licences and restrictions. You are responsible for the data you submit, your authority to process it and your use of the results. Enrichment and lead discovery do not by themselves give permission to contact someone.
Do not access another customer’s resources, bypass access controls or rate limits, expose credentials, or use the service to harm others. Provider results can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be checked before you rely on them.
Availability and prices may change. Tools can be listed before activation, temporarily paused or removed. Inspect the current tool contract before calling it.
5. Data and confidentiality
Tool requests and responses pass through Agentik and the providers needed to fulfil the selected tool. The execution ledger records metadata and billing evidence, rather than a history of raw tool payloads. Authentication, support, security and payment services have separate processing described in the privacy policy and service-provider register.
If you need Agentik to process personal data on behalf of your organisation, agree the applicable data-processing terms and permitted providers before submitting that data. A public provider listing is not a signed data-processing agreement or a guarantee of a particular hosting region.
6. Availability and liability
We work to maintain the service and accurate billing, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy or suitability of third-party results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the Agentik fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Closure, refunds and disputes
To request account closure, a refund or a billing review, contact the publisher with your workspace and relevant transaction or run references. Do not send API keys or full card details. Pending executions, payment disputes and records subject to legal retention may need to be resolved or retained after access ends. Closing an account does not automatically refund its balance or immediately erase every record.
We may suspend access for a breach of these terms, a security incident or abuse, with notice where practicable. Mandatory consumer and payment rights are unaffected.
8. Changes and applicable law
The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account contact details before taking effect where required. These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory protections under the law applicable to you. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law.
